The slim fat trap is a great option for those who are restricted on space. It is the same length as the standard, but with it being a bit wider it meant we were able to reduce the height to 300mm. Depending on what equipment you have, this grease trap is compliant in most regions. We advise you to check with your water authority if you are unsure.
